At Arkrn Homes, we take great pride in offering handcrafted bone and mother-of-pearl furniture items and artisan rugs. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged in transit.

Eligibility for Returns (Damaged Items Only)
To be eligible for a return in the case of transit damage:
The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Proof of damage, including clear photographs, will be required to evaluate your request.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Inspection & Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a standard inspection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 working days.
Please note that additional processing time by your bank or card issuer may apply.

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer
Our products are meticulously handmade using natural materials such as bone, mother of pearl, and premium textiles. As a result, slight variations in paint, texture, or pattern are inevitable and considered part of the product’s unique character.
These natural discrepancies—including variations inherent to bone inlay—are not grounds for a return, refund, or exchange.
